Warranty on Hubs, Spokes, Accessories
NEXT Cycling stands behind every product we sell. We appreciate your vote of confidence in the quality of our product as evidenced by your purchase! We are confident in our quality control and vendors as well, and as such we offer an 24 month warranty to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and/or materials of the rims, spokes, and hubs. We use the best hubs and spokes we can get and we don't expect any issues with those. However, if there is a problem, we are going to take care of it for you and not pawn you off on our vendor. Your satisfaction in your relationship with us has value and we are going to work hard to protect it.
If the original purchaser discovers within the warranty period a defect in materials or workmanship on third party components (hubs, spokes, etc. not rims), please notify NEXT Cycling promptly so the matter can be corrected (valid proof of purchase is required). NEXT Cycling reserves the right to provide replacement parts or products or, in the event that NEXT Cycling is unable to repair the product to conform to this limited warranty, we will – at our sole discretion - provide a replacement product. This warranty specifically excludes surface finishes and cosmetic treatments including but not limited to surface finishes and decals. In the event of legal action, the sole proper venue for all claims or disputes under this warranty shall be contested in the courts of the State of Vermont.
No Questions Asked Lifetime Rim Warranty
We understand that you want to get RAD on your new wheels. We understand that you want to race these things, and we hope that you drive them pretty irresponsibly cause what is the point of light, fast, stiff wheels if you don't get after it? But... sad trombones...what if you wreck them? Fear not! We want you to know that we have your back, and we got our money the first time we sold you your wheels, so we don't need to get into your wallet again, that isn't cool. What is cool is giving you a new rim and rebuild at our expense for the lifetime of the product. If you break your wheel for any reason while riding it, simply ship the item to us at your cost, we make the repair, and then we ship you back your wheel at our cost assuming you are in the continental US. For European customers we ask that you cover shipping in both directions. For damage that happens while not riding your bike (shipping, airlines, driving into your garage, backing over your bike, theft, etc.) we will work with you to replace that rim for a flat fee of $250 which may even be covered by any applicable third party (airline), car or home owner's insurance coverage.
If a wheel set has not been ridden, then within 30 days it can be returned to NEXT Cycling for a complete refund of the original purchase price minus original shipping charges. Customer is responsible for shipping back to NEXT Cycling. If the wheels have been ridden we will discuss the situation and may, at our discretion, proceed with a partial refund or exchange. We are usually very open to exchanges because we want you on the right wheels for you. Full refunds on wheel sets that have been used will not be given.
Limitation of Liability
The sole remedy for breach of the limited warranty set forth herein is NEXT Cycling repair, replacement as described herein. In no event shall NEXT Cycling be liable for any other damages or liability, including special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theory, and including damages arising from or related to any physical injury to person or property. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exception may not apply to you. This warranty, and statutory law, gives the consumer specific legal rights and those rights may vary from place to place.
